Payment
a) Please email us for bank account details.
b) Once payment is made, please sent us a notification email with the template below.

Payment is considered received ONLY when email notification is received.
Shipping
a) Registered Mail - with tracking number and requires signature upon delivery.
b) For registered mail which is unclaimed and returned to us, buyer will have to pay the shipping fees again for "re-shipping" your items.
c) Shipping is strictly via post delivery.
Delivery Charges
a) All price quoted exclude delivery charges.
b) Upon receipt of your payment, items will be packed carefully and send to your mailing address stated in your order.
c) West Malaysia - RM6.00 for any order and combined shipping using Kangoroo Express courier services. An additional RM 1.00/kg will be charge if item is >3 kg.
d) East Malaysia - RM10.00 for any order and combined shipping using Post Laju courier services. An additional RM 5.00/kg will be charge if item is >3 kg.
Shipping Lead Time
a) Orders will be processed & shipped within 3-5 days after receipt of payment. Tracking number will be mailed out once the goods are being sent out.
Refunds & Exchanges
a) All items sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
b) We will not be responsible for an incorrect address, hence please double check all your shipping information before placing each order.
